Development

My personal and professional development has been one of evolving experiences of self in context of surroundings.

I have had a number of life-changing transitional experiences, where my roles and expressions of identity have shifted and unfolded as I engage with the flow of circumstances through my life and career.

How I practice is informed
by all of what I have come through, both personally and professionally.  It’s grounded in self-awareness, growth, learning, and holistic connection.  It is at once unique, diverse and ordinary.

My practice is supported by my own inner resources and a web of connections to an amazing variety of people, be they my own family, my friends, colleagues, teachers, trainers, supervisors, therapists, as well as an ocean of creatives in the field of wisdom who are authors, artists, talkers or performers.
